Federation of Acupuncture System of Therapy Board is legally constituted, internationally recognized and the largest institution of Alternative Medicine in India. It is duly registered under the Society Act 1960, Government of Karnataka, R.No. DRB-1 / SOR / 28 / 2016 - 17, based on the Central Government Act XXI of 1860, Literary & Scientific Institutions Act, 1854. The Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate programs are duly chartered under the memorandum of the FASTB which has been accepted by the concerned department for registration. Moreover the rights of the practitioners to practice Acupuncture therapy of are duly protected under Article 19 of the Constitution of India.

Is there a time limit?

I am an overseas student, after completion of the course can i get my certificate attested with the Ministry of External Affairs (Foreign Ministry), Government of India for using it internationally?

Yes. Successful students of Federation of Acupuncture System of Therapy Board can apply for attestation of their certificates with Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and the for using them internationally.

There is a set of books for each course. They contain chapters to study.There will be practical section during the weekend along with theory classes and internship will be participated.

It is duly incorporated under Act XXVI of 1960 of Government of Karnataka, based on the Central Government Act XXI of 1860, Literary & Scientific Institutions Act, 1854.

Cupping

It is a traditional Chinese medical technique which applies suction to diseased parts of the body using ceramic glass or bamboo cups in order to increase the regional circulation and thereby promote healing. In very ancient times the horns of animals were used for this purpose.

Acupressure

Similar to acupuncture, but using finger pressure rather than fine needles on specific points along the body to treat ailments such as tension and stress, aches and pains, menstrual cramps, arthritis.

Acupuncture

Fine needles are inserted at specific points to stimulate, disperse, and regulate the flow of vital energy, and restore a healthy energy balance. In addition to pain relief, acupuncture is also used to improve well being and treat acute, chronic, and degenerative conditions in children and adults.
